Fire at US 26 and I-405

PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon is already burning with multiple wild fires and a few large complex fires. On the morning of Sep. 1 around 8:30 a.m., grass fire was seen burning on a grass knoll at the intersection of U.S. 26 and I-405 just north of SW 14th Ave in Portland, Oregon. Observed from the SW Clay St. ramp to U.S. 26 westbound was a large camp set up just feet from the fire with a group of people standing around.
