A Milwaukie Police Department officer directs northbound S.E. McLoughlin Blvd. after a crash closed the road at S.E. Ochoco St. on Aug. 2. A speeding pickup truck crashed into a motorcycle at S.E. Tacoma St., injuring the rider. The 37-year old female driver was cited for Careless Driving. Traffic was detoured onto S.E. 17th Ave.
